If a stocked label, ticket or tag doesn’t solve your particular needs, RES offers custom converting capabilities. We carry an extensive library of more than 10,000 standard dies for manufacturing die-cut, pressure-sensitive labels. Or if needed, we can produce new dies quickly and economically.
We can pre-print any information, including corporate logos and product illustrations, on nearly any material. Most materials can be floodcoated to produce coloured labels. All of our inks are compatible with thermal transfer printing. We can handle all design, die work, conversions and pre-printing on-site.
Sizes & Shapes
We maintain an extensive library of standard dies for manufacturing die-cut, pressure-sensitive labels. These dies range in shape and size to produce anything from tiny, round-edged jewelry hang tags to large chemical drum labels. We can often save you the time and expense of having to create a new die by using one that exists in our vast library of rotary dies. If necessary, we can produce a new die quickly and economically.
Preprinted Labels, Tickets & Tags
We can pre-print information – corporate logos in custom colours, company address, product illustrations or standardized form on nearly all of our materials. We can also floodcoat materials to produce coloured labels.
Adhesives
We offer a variety of adhesives to meet your application requirements. Some are permanent; others are removable, patterned or tamper-evident. We’ll recommend an adhesive that will work with your face stock, in your environment and on your labeling surface.
